Women Having A Moment

In May, June, or July, due to events occurring that feature these women, it is suspected that Sophie Turner, Meghan Markle, Serena Williams, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Millie Bobby Brown, Kelly Clarkson, Alex Morgan, and Beyoncé could all have a moment.

Methodology

We started the search by looking into various media outlets for pre-compiled information about women who are expected to gain an award, a movie release, or an album release in the time frame of May, June, and July. We looked into media sites such as Cosmopolitan, Refinery, Forbes, among others. We were not able to find a pre-compiled list. However, we were able to find valuable information about different celebrities who are planned to release an album or a movie in the given time frame. We also found information about celebrities who are part of a controversial event.

In compiling a list, we chose women who are going to have an album release or a movie release during the given time frame. We also chose women who are part of an influential event (celebrity weddings, hosting a big event, tours, and others). We also cross-referenced the list with media outlets such as Observer, Express, Seventeen, and others, to make sure that the event is controversial and that the celebrities in the list are influential.

We first looked into celebrities who are planned to release a movie or an album during the given time frame. We were able to find Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Miley Cyrus who are planned to release an album during the given time frame. Additionally, Lady Gaga is planned to co-host the Met Gala on May 6th alongside Serena Williams, and with this information, we decided to include Serena Williams into the list because the Met Gala is a highly discussed event. Moreover, Madonna has gotten some anticipation for her next album, and for her upcoming tour that is planned this year. Additionally, Miley Cyrus had her fans anticipating her album last 2018. However, the release was moved to June this year. Her album could give her much attention in June.

We then decided to look into celebrities who are planned to have a movie release during the given time frame. We were able to find celebrities Millie Bobby Brown, Kelly Clarkson, and Beyonce who are going to be part of movie or TV releases in May and July. Millie Bobby Brown is a part of the new season of Stranger Things (a hit Netflix series) which is releasing this July. Kelly Clarkson is part of the movie Ugly Dolls, which is planned for release on May. Lastly, Beyonce is part of a Disney Movie, The Lion King, which is planned to release on July.

Lastly, we looked into influential celebrities who are part of other significant events during the given time frame. We found Sophie Turner, Meghan Markle, and Alex Morgan. Sophie Turner is planned to be married to Joe Jonas this coming summer, and celebrities such as Maisie Williams are planned to be a part of the wedding. Meghan Markle is often part of the headlines, so it is expected that the birth of her first child is going to be a discussed event. Lastly, Alex Morgan is a famous American soccer player who is representing the US in the Women’s World Cup in June.

Many big influential events are coming during May, June, and July of this year, and one of them is Sophie Turner’s wedding with Joe Jonas. Two celebrities are expected to host the big event, and these are Lady Gaga and Serena Williams. Lady Gaga is also planned to release an album this year.

When it comes to albums, two celebrities are expected to release an album this year. Miley Cyrus expected to release her album this coming June. Madonna is also expected to release an album this year, and she is also expected to have a world tour.

Additionally, the months of May and July, each have a movie release. Kelly Clarkson is the lead voice actor of a new movie titled, Ugly Dolls. It is expected to be out in cinemas on May 3.
