3. Vacation Time?

Another company that deals with the payroll business, SurePayroll, conducted a national survey among small business owners about the question of paid vacation time, which however did not include sick and personal leave. The results of their survey are as follows: the majority of the respondents, 45.7 %, said that they offered less than 10 days paid leave to their employees. Then 30% said they offered 10 days; while 16.9% said they offered 15 days; and 7.5% said that they offered more than 15 days.
