West Coast Accelerators/Incubators
Some well-known accelerators or incubators for early-stage startups that are based in the West Coast of the U.S. include 500 Startups, Y Combinator, Alchemist Accelerator, i/o Ventures, etc. This spreadsheet and the research brief below contain further details of our findings.
1. 500 Startups
500 Startups is an early-stage seed accelerator capital firm based in San Francisco, CA that supports startups through their Seed Accelerator Programs. It focuses on all tech-related businesses.

It uses a four-month seed program application period, of which the most recent Batch 26 application period is now closed. Here's a link to their website.
2. Y Combinator
Y Combinator is a startup accelerator located in San Francisco, CA that provides seed funding of up to $150,000 for early-stage ventures. The funding focuses on all tech-enabled businesses.
APPLICATION DATES FOR STARTUPS
They provide funding twice a year. The summer 2019 funding cycle of June–August 2019 closed on March 25, 2019. Here's a link to their website.
3. Alchemist Accelerator
The Alchemist Accelerator is a venture-funded accelerator initiative located in San Francisco, CA, and focused exclusively on accelerating startups which derive their revenue from enterprises and not consumers. (Source 5)The Alchemist Accelerator focuses on collaboration, digital health, enterprise, FinTech, and IoT.

4. I/o Ventures
i/o Ventures is an early-stage accelerator located in San Francisco, CA for startups, entrepreneurs, and founders. They provide a three-month accelerator program of about five teams per program. The funding theme focuses on all tech-enabled businesses.

MergeLane is a venture fund located in Boulder, CO that discovers, accelerates, and invests in potential startups with at least one woman in a leadership position.

BoomStartup, is a mentorship-driven seed accelerator, early-stage venture growth fund, and virtual accelerator program located in Salt Lake City, UT. The theme of the accelerator focuses on early-phase tech, software, EdTech, product, and biotech startups.

Capria is a global investment firm in Seattle, WA that also invests in backing an early-growth accelerator, seed, and early-stage ventures.

9. TechStars
TechStars is a worldwide network in Boulder, CO that funds, mentors and accelerates startups. The theme of the accelerator focuses on technology-oriented companies, typically web-based or other software companies.

TechStars currently has several open applications for accelerator programs such as the TechStars Proptech Accelerator in partnership with Colliers and The Heritage Group Accelerator powered by TechStars with deadlines on the 26th of May 2019. 10. Innosphere
Innosphere is a leading science and technology incubator located in Fort Collins, CO. It focuses on bioscience, medical devices, energy, advanced materials, hardware, enterprise software, financial technology, IoT, and artificial intelligence.

11. Boomtown
Boomtown, located in Boulder, CO, invests in early-stage startups in 16 industries across 32 technologies, with accelerator programs specialized in health tech & hardware, and connectivity. Boomtown accelerators are 12-week programs that operate twice per year.

12. Catalyst HTI
Catalyst HTI, located in Denver, CO, fuses private, government, academic, and non-profit organizations with healthcare providers and payers to accelerate innovations. They focus on healthcare industry innovations such as mobile and wearable tech, digital health enterprise platforms, smart device technologies, and related fields.
