Research Strategy

In order to determine KeyBank's key issues and areas of expertise, we first examined their websites to identify which aspects of their business they advertised or promoted most. Immediately, we found that there was a lot of a focus on community housing projects and LGBT diversity and inclusion. The data points which showed their involvement and focus on these two issues were found both directly on their website and in press releases. For the third key area, we examined some of KeyBank's most recent press releases. We found multiple awards that KeyBank had received in the area of wealth management.
