2. Guitar Fella, https://www.guitarfella.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 150,343 and also reviews websites which offer online guitar lessons.
3. Guitar Lesson, https://www.theguitarlesson.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 349,160 and it offers website, dvd and book reviews with a focus on guitar lessons.
4. Equip Board, http://equipboard.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 24,978. Though dated, it does contain some reviews on web-based music lessons.
5. Voices Inc, http://www.voicesinc.org/, it has an Alexa rank of 392,589 and occasionally does a review of online music lessons with a bias on guitar playing. While it doesn’t focus on reviews, it has reviewed the website truefire.com mentioned by the client.
6. Piano Lesson Critic, http://www.pianolessonscritic.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 15,403,602 and has a sizable number of online piano lesson reviews.
7. Guitar Chalk, https://www.guitarchalk.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 254,670. Even though it is not very review focused, it has done a review onguitartricks.com and thus, may be open to more website reviews.
8. Learn Music Easy, http://www.learnmusiceasy.com/, it has an Alexa rank of 9,013,188 and sometimes does website reviews with a focus on guitar lessons.

To conclude, I have compiled a list of eight websites who do website reviews of digital music lessons with a particular focus towards piano and guitar lessons.
