Presented with very limited results, I even took initiative and contacted the customer support representatives of email list providers that fit the criteria but did not publicly display pricing options.
A typical Wonder request lasts for an average of 3 hours to produce a list of 10 results. Due to the lack of publicly available information, over 6 hours of extensive research has produced only 6 results.

CONCLUSION
To wrap it up, due to the lack of publicly available information and the consolidation of all 3 separate types of gyms into 1 category, over 6 hours of extensive research led to only 6 email providers.
