The research team sought to identify whether any connections exist between ASI Security, Axis Global Enterprises, Barnard, Inc. or Bechtel Group and Gatekeeper, UVIScan, SecuScan, Teleradio, ADT (UVIS), Nestor Technologies, Aventura Comm-port, Fuyuda, or Unival group. The only connections found were through vendor relationships with the Department of Defense (DOD). Results have been outlined in the attached spreadsheet.

Connections

  • Axis Global Enterprises is connected to ADT and Aventura through the DOD. Each is listed in the DOD's "Vendors with Awards of $25,000.00 and over" list for 2018.
  • Barnard, Inc. is also connected to ADT and Aventura through the Department of Defense. Again, each is listed in the DOD's "Vendors with Awards of $25,000.00 and over" list for 2018.
  • The DOD's "Vendors with Awards of $25,000.00 and over" list for 2018 also connects Behctel Group to ADT and Aventura.

Research Strategy

In order to identify working connections between the companies in column A, rows 4-7 and those in row 1, columns C-L, we started by searching the websites of the companies in column A (ASI Security, AXIS Global Enterprises, Barnard, Inc. and Bechtel Group) for references to each of the companies in row 1. This strategy returned no connections. Therefore, we did the opposite and search the websites of each company in row 1 for references to the companies in column A. Again, we found no connections. Finally, we did a general press and web search for documents or articles that included the names of any two of these companies. This strategy returned the connections outlined above, which were all contained in a single source. No other indications of connections between the target companies were found.

A deep search in the public domain could reveal minimal information on the connections between companies in row 1 (Gatekeeper, UVIscan, SecuScan, TeleRadio, ADT (UVIS), Nestor, Aventura, CommPort, Fuyuda, and Unival) and those in rows 24–27 (Skanska USA, Smiths Detection USA, and Turner Construction). However, the connections found have been noted in rows 24-27 of the attached spreadsheet. Below is an overview of the connections located.

Skanska USA

  • In 2009, both Skanska USA and Comm-port were among the companies registered under Team Georgia Marketplace. However, there is no evidence these companies worked/work together.

Smiths Detection USA

Turner Construction

  • In 2009, both Turner Construction and Comm-port were among the companies registered under Team Georgia Marketplace. However, there is no evidence these companies worked/work together.

Research Strategy

To identify working connections between the companies in column A (rows 24-27) and those in row 1 (columns C-L), we started our search by searching through the websites of the companies in column A (Skanska USA, SLSCO, Smiths Detection USA, and Turner Construction) for references to each company in row 1. However, this strategy returned no connections. Next, we did the opposite and searched individual websites of each company in row 1 for references to the companies in column A. Again; we found no connections between these companies. Finally, we did a general press and web search for documents or articles that included the names of any two of these companies. This strategy returned the connections outlined above.

However, after exploring the strategies above, we could not find any links between SLSCO company and the companies in row 1. Also, we have used and old source, Pur Daous Ga Gov. This source shows a connection between Skanska USA/Turner Construction with Comm-port back in 2009 during the registration of companies under Team Georgia Marketplace.
