The top journalists in this field work for publications like Forbes, Fortune, and Fast Company. You'll find the full list in this spreadsheet. To identify the top journalists in this field, I first made sure that they fit all your criteria, and then looked at their success in their field, which I defined as working for a major publication, generating significant buzz, or being noted as a top journalist in this area. As a final criteria, I looked at those journalists with the largest followings on Twitter as another indicator of success in this area. I'll briefly list the top 10 below.
