  • Tom Raftery holds multiple positions in different organizations. Currently, he is a Global VP, Futurist and Innovation Evangelist in SAP and a Guest Lecturer in Instituto Internacional San Telmo. Also, he an Advisory Board Member in LocatorX, SmartCitiesWorld.
  • He attended Ballyfin College in the period 1984 – 1986 and University College Cork in the year 1987 – 1991.
  • While studying PhD in Plant Science in 1991, he set up his software company and led companies like GreenMonk, RedMonk before joining SAP.
  • He is a blogger and podcaster. He is an award-winning writer and his blog Tom Raftery.com is the highest subscribed blog in Ireland. He was nominated for audio and video podcast at PodLeaders.com.

  • He also believes in more productivity due to artificial intelligence — Robots, Distribution networks will need more comprehensive Supply Chains to satisfy the increase in productivity.
