We provided seven topics discussed within the official tourism websites for both New York and Massachusetts. Those topics and a screenshot pertaining to each topic by state is included in the attached slideshow. The topics, content formats used on the websites, and a synopsis of the major themes discussed on those sites are provided below.

Special events, such as weddings and holidays, were other main themes portrayed on the site.
Sports is a main theme presented on the tourism website, especially considering that Boston is home to a number of professional sports teams.
Another key theme included on the site is nature, including the state's parks, recreation areas, and coastline.

We provided seven topics discussed within the official tourism websites for both New Hampshire and Rhode Island. 1. Topics Discussed Within Its Official Tourism Site
A major theme unique to New Hampshire discussed within the site is that the state offers "tax-free shopping."
New Hampshire's diverse array of regions was another theme presented across the site, which range from the mountains, to the coastline, and more.
Outdoor adventures and activities are other major themes across New Hampshire's tourism website, as the state offers a variety of parks, sports, sightseeing spots, and recreation areas.
Another major theme on New Hampshire's website was festivals, such as for music and during the holidays.
Rhode Island
This link is to Rhode Island's official tourism website.
1. Topics Discussed Within Its Official Tourism Site
Food was a key theme presented across Rhode Island's website. A subcategory of that theme was clam shacks, which Rhode Island is known for.
A theme closely related to food was libations, which mentioned the breweries, wineries, and distilleries throughout the state.
Rhode Island's various regions that feature differing topographies was another theme presented within the site.
Arts & entertainment were other main themes illustrated on the site and specific mention was made of a unique entertainment attraction called WaterFire, which is an outdoor, artistic boat show/fire display event in Providence.
Boating was another key theme on the website, as Rhode Island is a coastal state situated upon the Atlantic Ocean.

We provided eight topics discussed within Vermont's official tourism website and seven topics discussed within Maine's official tourism website. Those topics and a screenshot pertaining to each topic by state are included in the attached slideshow. The topics, content formats used on the websites, and a synopsis of the major themes discussed on those sites are provided below.

1. Topics Discussed Within Its Official Tourism Site
Upon review of Vermont's tourism website, it was clear that the outdoors was a major theme discussed therein. The outdoors theme was then delineated into outdoor recreation, scenery, and exploration.
Authentic, quality, handmade products was another major theme discussed within Vermont's tourism website. Food products, namely maple syrup and wine/beer, were main subcategories of that main theme, but products such as furniture was another subcategory.
History was another theme presented in the website.
Additionally, Vermont's status as a great place to be during all four seasons was a main theme illustrated within the site, as the content focused on attractions and things to do during each season.
Natural attractions and parks, especially along the Maine coastline ("When asked what it is about Maine that appeals to visitors, people almost always mention something that is on, near or about water.")
Nature is a major theme presented across Maine's tourism site, from both a sightseeing and activities lens.
Maine also highlights two of its iconic traditions, lobster and lighthouses, as major themes on the site.
The various types of lodging available in the state constitutes another major theme of the site, as it highlights bed & breakfasts, inns, campgrounds, cottage resorts, hotels, and wilderness lodges, among others.
Camping was also a major theme presented on the site, which fits into Maine's narrative of being a place for outdoor adventures, including hiking and climbing.
