For the purposes of this research, we considered all of these types of companies within scope.

Our primary focus during this research was locating companies that had a sufficient amount if information publicly available on their websites which outline their coaching process and the types of questions and topics that they covered. In so doing, we made sure to focus on those that covered topics related to interview questions related to the client's personality, style, strengths and weaknesses, challenges, and their intentions for their future and their role in the company. Along this with, we provided an analysis of how the coaching programs were structured, and how these programs were designed to help the client excel while discussing these topics.
