SODEXO HEALTHCARE SERVICES/OFFERINGS
Sodexo partners with client hospitals and healthcare providers around the world to provide customized solutions to enhance operations and care. While they generally offer solutions that are broadly tailored to be custom for each center or facility, the range of services they provide can be broken down into four key categories, patient comfort & safety, team motivation, efficiency & operation, and equipment & facilities.
Patient comfort and safety services include providing services to streamline reception, providing comfort in the patient environment, and food and room services. Team motivation includes providing staff training and development programs and staff reward and recognition programs. Efficiency and operation services Sodexo offers include flow management, management of supplies and supply transport, laundry, and energy management. Equipment and facilities services include clinical technology management, maintenance interventions, infrastructure renewal and management, and operational budget planning.
It is also noted that within the healthcare industry, Sodexo generates 3,901 million euro in revenues, has 61,747 employees, which represents 19.2% of the company's overall revenue.

INVESTMENTS & PARTNERSHIPS
In addition to providing services to healthcare facilities around the world, in 2016, Sodexo launched a strategic venture capital fund to support startups with services that tie in with Sodexo's current and future plans. The investment arm of their brand Sodexo Ventures will allow the company to "closely monitor, anticipate and respond to evolutions in its rapidly moving sectors and markets" as related to their existing services and partnerships. They are currently listed as having only made two investments, but both of significant size; a $5.1 million investment in Life Dojo Inc, and $31.7 million investment in Wynd.
LifeDojo Inc is a company that develops employee well-being programs via an online platform with the goal of transforming the workplace holistically. The program incorporates incremental changes via a twelve week program in which employees interact with Behavior Change Specialists to adopt healthier lifestyle habits, and Sodexo will bring the product to many of the employees they already serve via the financial partnership.
Wynd is a a French start-up that offers digital solutions primarily for retail and the partnership will allow Sodexo to incorporate a greater focus on consumer experience, develop new services, and enhance their existing ones with the software and technology developed at Wynd.
So in summary Sodexo offers four key categories of services to hundreds of healthcare providers globally; patient comfort & safety, team motivation, efficiency & operation, and equipment & facilities.
