• Some company names provided yielded multiple company results during our searches, such as Core Pacific (#40), Flatirons (#43), Livingston (#54), and Starboard (#67). Therefore, we attempted to make intelligent guesses and selected investment advisory-related companies, which have been enclosed in brackets, next to the initial company names provided.
• Additionally, we found that some companies on the list were repeated. These include Greenbacker Capital Management LLC (#46), which had already been covered in entry #19, Guggenheim Funds Distributors (#49 and #51), which had already been covered in entry #47, Hartman Real Estate (#50 and #52), which had already been covered in #48, and Nuveen Global Cities REIT $ (#59), which had already been covered in #58. As a result, we have made a note of it in the respective cells and in column H of the attached spreadsheet.
• Franklin Square changed its name to FS Investments in 2016. The current name has been enclosed in brackets next to the initial company name provided and the contact details under the current name provided in the respective cells.
• Guggenheim Investments is the global asset management and investment advisory division of Guggenheim Partners, representing various affiliated investment management businesses, one of which is Guggenheim Funds Distributors. The contact details for the business division have, therefore, been entered into the respective cells.
• Rodin Global Property Trust is an equity REIT owned by Cantor Fitzgerald, which invests in net-lease commercial properties and makes up the business segment's leadership team. The contact details for the parent company have, therefore, been provided in the respective cells.
• NorthStar HealthcareIncome is an externally managed subsidiary with no employees. The company is run and sponsored by Colony Capital, Inc. The contact details for the leadership team from Colony Capital Inc that is affiliated with the subsidiary have, therefore, been entered in the respective cells.
• Information on the email addresses for the executive personnel identified was mostly not publicly available. Therefore, we employed email finder tools, such as Apollo.io and Hunter.io, which, in some cases, issue a disclaimer on the verification aspect of the emails provided.
