Introduction
An exhaustive search for a pre-compiled list of companies with the largest SDR teams in the USA for 2022 was not publicly available. Instead, we have provided an approximation based on data provided from LinkedIn that is filtered for each company's list of employees and further filtered to the specific title of SDR. A list of 50 companies with the largest SDR teams in the US has been provided in the attached spreadsheet. The top six companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce, AT&T, Google, and Oracle. Selected findings are below.
Selected Findings
- Amazon has the most SDR team members, with 27,812 people.
- There are 11,194 SDR staff members at AT&T.
Research Strategy
Our first strategy was to find a pre-compiled list of companies with the largest SDR teams in the USA for 2022. Unfortunately, no relevant list was publicly available. LinkedIn provided a pre-compiled list of the top 20 companies with the largest SDR teams, but it was published in June 2021.
Our second strategy was to find lists of top companies that hire for sales development representative jobs in reputable sources, such as Glassdoor, Zippia, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn. We found several lists, such as this list provided by Glassdoor. We manually examined the lists and selected companies with the most SDR staff working in the company based on employee data available on LinkedIn.
