In this research, we have relied on the listed companies’ websites and other publicly available sources such as Glassdoor and Payscale to provide insights for recruitment and retention strategies for companies such as; Athletico Physical Therapy, HouseFit StL, NorthShore Hospital, Northwestern Medicine, Aurora Healthcare, Beaumont Health, Accurate HVAC (Construction), Adversity VBC (Arts), Aetna (Healthcare), Bay State Games (Arts), and DuPage Medical Group (Physical Office). The insights provided include but are not limited to how companies prevent/reduce employee turnover and their recruitment strategies. We, however, could not find comprehensive information on how Adversity VBC (Arts) attracts or retains its employees. We perused through various sources, including job advertisements and third-party sites such as Glassdoor, Payscale, and Comparably. We also looked into the organization's official website with no success.
