Real-life Experiences
We have built a list of 50 words, from a variety of languages, that relate to the concept of collecting and sharing real life experiences in the form of advice. Languages used come from various countries and continents and we have ensured that the most spoken languages worldwide have also been included, as well as paying particular attention to words that are phonetically achievable and can be easily pronounced by an American audience. We have provided two or three translations of each English word and vocabulary for translation has been taken from the research brief, as well as an additional source from a book chapter on Advice, insights and learning from experience. The final list has been provided below.
