Seven recent and ongoing commercial office building developments in the Orlando area, along with the investor(s) for each, are identified in the below findings. The commercial office building developments include the Creative Village, Orlando Magic complex, Zoi House, Fulcrum, and the SunTrust Plaza. The findings can also be found in this document.

  • The 'Fulcrum' is a four-story commercial office building located in downtown Orlando. The building was formerly known as the Cornerstone Building.
  • The building is currently in its demolition phase. It is expected to undergo a significant remodel, along with the addition of new offices. The completion date is projected to be within "the second quarter of 2020."
  • Third & Urban and Federal Capital Partners are the investing partners working on this project. Smith Dalia and Walker Design have been commissioned to redesign the building.

Research began by locating Orlando-centered reports and other real estate journals/blogs. The purpose was to identify the investors and the recent commercial office building developments in the Orlando area. Through concise research, we were able to identify seven recent commercial office building developments in the Orlando area, many of which are still ongoing. The investor(s) for each were also identified. For further major development projects in the Orlando area, the DDB/CRA can be quite resourceful.
