Real Estate Blockchain Projects

A list of 20 real estate blockchain projects has been provided on the attached spreadsheet. These projects focus on services such as peer-to-peer rentals, real estate record-keeping, construction projects financing, etc. Below, I will provide the token ticker for each real estate blockchain project that has conducted ICOs and the planned start date (if available) for projects that have not conducted any ICOs.

METHODOLOGY

14 of the real estate blockchain projects provided on the spreadsheet were obtained from articles published by InvestInBlockchain, Coindesk, PropertyMe, and Foundico. X Real Estate Development, Realisto, METRUMCOIN, RealBlocks, Real Estate Asset Ledger, and IHT Real Estate were identified after conducting additional press search. The corporate website of each project and listings on ICOs databases were examined to determine if each project has conducted any ICOs.
To keep the research within the scope of a typical Wonder request, only information for 20 real estate blockchain projects have been provided. CryptoSlate’s database contains 34 real estate ICOs, and it is likely that additional press search would provide even more real estate blockchain projects that have not conducted ICOs. Please submit another request if you would like Wonder to continue the research.
