The short version is that the research was able to identify ten high-end residential developments that meet your specifications. Below you will find a deep dive of my findings.
METHODOLOGY
The research explored search engine pages to find residential properties matching the client's criteria, and lays them out in a list format, with brief overviews of each development. The research concludes with a summary of findings.
FINDINGS
LUMINA CONDOMUNIUM
This San Fransisco development is described as a "new complex of twin towers, named Lumina." The source provides information about its high end penthouse. "The most exclusive penthouse is located on the 41st and on the 42nd floor of the building, which allows it to enjoy the amazing sea views of the renowned Bay area."
On the main website for the development, it is described thus: ''LUMINA is a 656-unit condominium development, soaring above the San Francisco Bay. It is located on the south side of Folsom Street between Main and Beale Streets, two blocks from the Embarcadero waterfront. Currently under construction, the project will consist of two towers of 42 and 37 stories, and two mid-rise plaza buildings of eight stories each.''
HARBOR TOWERS ON THE WATERFRONT, BOSTON
Harbor Towers is a luxury twin residential complex in Boston. As stated on the developer's website, "The Harbor Towers, which offers Boston residents over 300 condos, offers 24-hour concierge, an outdoor seasonal pool, and below grade parking...The Towers have their own dock and marina, and AMAZING views."
MARINA PALMS, MIAMI
On the official website of Marina Palms luxury twin residential complex, it is stated, "2- and 3-Bedroom Residences from $950,000....Penthouses from $1.2 Million."
A reviewer states: "Such was the feeling among brokers, buyers and other distinguished guests attending the Grand Opening celebration for the recently completed North Tower at Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences. They were all extremely impressed by the quality of design and execution of the North Tower and its amenities......Lushly landscaped, 14-acre waterfront enclave is home to twin 25-story towers – each with 234 residences – flanking a full-service, state-of-the-art marina with 112 slips that can accommodate yachts up to 100 feet."
HOUSTON FOUR-LEAF TOWERS CONDOMS
On the home page of Four Leaf Towers Condominium, we are given the following information: "Built in 1982, Four Leaf Towers is designed by Cesar Pelli from Yale School of Architecture. Four Leaf Towers has two forty storey buildings towering over the Houston Uptown District.....The residential complex is famous for its unique design that includes red, pink and cream glass panels that serve a landmark in the Houston skyline.....Four Leaf Towers has a total of 396 units with 8 penthouses. Each building has a two-storey lobby with world-class amenities."
BELLEVUE TOWERS, BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON
The corporate website of this twin-tower development offers a virtual tour of the facility. In addition, this review on Bellevue Towers, in the city of Bellevue, Washington, states, "Location: Bellevue, WA Size: 926,000 SF Architect: Mulvanny G2 Architecture and GBD Architects Client: Gerding Edlen Development Cost: $275,000,000...This twin-tower condo project is one of the largest new residential building projects in the Puget Sound area, with 500 units in two buildings, 42 and 45 stories high....The towers rest on an eight-level podium that includes townhouses and retail space. The individual units feature high-end finishes and amenities, as well as numerous energy-saving systems and sustainable elements."
SILVER TOWERS - NYC LUXURY APARTMENTS
Silver Towers is luxury residential twin tower apartment building in New York City. The key information from the source is: 1. The iconic twin tower apartment building, known as The Eldorado is located in New York City. According to a review website, "The northernmost of Central Park West's great twin-towered apartment houses, the 31-storey Eldorado was completed in 1931 and was designed by Emery Roth, in collaboration with Margon & Holder.....Roth also designed the twin-towered San Remo and the triple-towered Beresford, both further south on the avenue....The Eldorado at 300 Central Park West between 90th and 91st Streets is roughly the same size as the other twin-towered buildings, but its 186 co-op apartments are generally smaller than those in the others."
