RESEARCH STRATEGY

To provide 20 global POS systems available to a restaurant operator to purchase, our first strategy was to search for pre-compiled lists with relevant information on top and best restaurant POS systems. This strategy led us to sources such as Finance Online, Tech.co, and Software Advice, which provided lists of restaurant POS systems. Our second strategy was to study these lists for POS systems that were functional in the US. We used customer case studies and customer lists on the POS system website link to verify which systems were functional in the US. We chose 20 POS systems that met the criteria and included them in our findings.
