    Our research began by identifying a list from Datamation that provided credible data on the top/leading SaaS applications used by enterprise companies. We corroborated this source with another listing of leading SaaS applications by SassyDigital and ChannelE2E, among others. This was to ensure that the SaaS applications provided are deemed to be widely used and popular among enterprise companies.

    From our initial search findings, we ensured that only companies that featured in at least two of the different pre-compiled sources were selected, except for those listed in the spreadsheet. Afterward, we analyzed the companies' customers to guarantee that at least two Fortune 500 or Forbes 2000 companies are using their products.

    To find the requested information, we looked through sites such as Hubspot and Saasmag to find the most popular SaaS companies. We chose companies that were mentioned by multiple sources. We then verified that these companies had Fortune 500 companies as customers by looking at their customer stories in their respective websites. In addition, we confirmed that the companies we used were Fortune 500 by looking at the 2019 Fortune 500 list.
