Methodology

As the other three requests asking for the top banks, insurance firms, and consumer product companies included only firms headquartered in Europe, I decided to follow their lead and only provide information on the top 25 tech consulting firms in Europe. Using Accenture as a starting point, I used Owler to identify tech consulting competitors headquartered in Europe. I also verified that each firm on the list performs tech consulting as a part of its services.

It is important to note that there are other consulting companies that perform tech consulting services in Europe with higher revenues that are headquartered elsewhere. These include:

Deloitte (headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a revenue of $36.8 billion)
McKinsey (headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a revenue of $8.6 billion)
BCG (Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with a revenue of $6 billion)
Bain & Company (headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with a revenue of $2.8 billion)
A.T. Kearney (Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, with a revenue of $1.4 billion)

There are likely other tech consulting companies headquartered outside of Europe with revenues higher than the companies on the spreadsheet, but I am confident that the firms on the list are the top 25 tech consulting companies headquartered in Europe.

Conclusion

The top tech consulting firm headquartered in Europe is Accenture, with an annual revenue of $37.8 billion. In second place is PwC, with a revenue of $35.9 billion and third on the list is Ernst & Young, with a revenue of $32.3 billion.
