Please provide a list of all the retailers in Singapore who import Australian organic products.

Singapore has a very small area where they could cultivate products for consumption and because of this more than 90% of the countries' food products are imported. Due to the healthy living style the population engages in, most of the imported products are organic. This includes dairy, meat, fruits, vegetables, even baby formula. The retail stores we concentrated on were based on the Global Agricultural Information Network (GAIN) report for Singapore. These retailers are Cold Storage Supermarket, NTUC Fairprice, Sheng Siong Supermarket, Mahota Commune, Brown Rice Paradise, The Organic Grocer, Zenxin, Sunny Choice, Four Seasons Organic Market, and SuperNature.

FINDINGS

According to the GAIN report, the Singapore retailers that import from Australia are Cold Storage Supermarket, NTUC Fairprice, Sheng Siong Supermarket, Mahota Commune, Brown Rice Paradise, The Organic Grocer, Zenxin, Sunny Choice, Four Seasons Organic Market, and SuperNature. Each retailer carries a variety of different products and does get at least a portion of its organics from Australia.

Cold Storage Supermarket
This supermarket caters to income groups that are middle to upper. They are a subsidiary of Dairy Farm International Holdings and are considered the largest supermarket based on the number of stores they have. The majority of the products on the retailer's shelves are from Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

NTUC Fairprice
This is a cooperative and has the leading market share for grocers with 33%. They market their products at low to middle-income earners. They do have a warehouse club that consumers can join. Fairprice offers organic produce and while a majority of it comes from Thailand, they do get some from Australia.

Sheng Siong Supermarket
This is a local chain that is owned by brothers and engages the low-income consumers. They have a section dedicated to organics and have about 500 products that are organic, such as vegetables and dry rice. They contract with farms for their organic foods in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Mahota Commune
The retailers' motto is focusing on the good. Good food, good people, doing good. The company grows the majority of its products and import a small portion. It has a kitchen pantry where it offers cooked food as well. Mahota has a 20,000 square foot organic supermarket in Jalan Besar. It imports organic pork, chicken, and beef, as well as wine from Australia.

Brown Rice Paradise
This retailer offers a wide variety of products from low-sugar, to gluten-free, as well as healthy snacks, organic baby food, and dairy products. They started in 1994 and encourage consumers to go the organic healthy route.

The Organic Grocer
The retailer offers imported meats and organic fruits and vegetables. They import their produce from Australia after working with farms to obtain the best. They do offer a personalized delivery and guarantee fresh products within 48 hours.

Zenxin
This is an online retailer offering delivery of products. The company has a farm in Malaysia but also offers a restaurant with the online store. One of their imports is fresh produce.

Sunny Choice
The retailer has both a store and a cafe in its locations. They offer western and Asian organic products. They do not offer online shopping but do have a free delivery option with a minimum purchase.

Four Seasons Organic Market.
This is an organic specialty retailer that carries mostly dry goods. A main highlight of the store is organic baby food, however, they do have fruits, vegetables, herbs, and health supplements.

This started as a small organic store and has grown immensely to include meats, groceries, produce, vegetables, baby and children's needs, household and wellness products. 95% of the products they sell are organic. The companies' goal is to work with ethical, organic customers from around the world. They work with farmers and producers in Australia.

In summary, you can see that Singapore does a good job of offering a wide variety of organic products to those that live there. They have a multitude of stores that import organics. Over 90% of the countries' food products are imported. They offer dairy, meat, fruits, vegetables, and baby formula as well as some other dry goods products. Cold Storage Supermarket appears to be the largest based on the number of chains, however, the Fairprice Cooperative has the leading market share in retailers. Amongst all the stores, they cater to all income level classes.
