Hello! Thanks for your request to compile a list of 10 up-and-coming LGBTQ fashion designers, based in New York City, who have spoken about their LGBTQ identity. Below is a deep dive of my research and findings.

METHODOLOGY
I started off by looking for fashion designers in New York City. Based on the requirements, I shortlisted my results by leaving out the designers that were not from the LGBTQ community. I further narrowed my list by leaving out the designers who have not spoken about their LGBTQ identity. Furthermore, I cherry-picked the designers who were among the emerging and rising designers in New York City. Credible media sources were my primary sources of information.
