Our research revealed some additional information regarding Scott Redman's involvement with ArtsFund. Sellen has been involved with ArtsFund since 1975, and has been on the Board for 10 years. Other employees of Sellen also sit on the ArtsFun board, act as volunteers for the foundation, and "participate in ArtsFund's largest workplace giving campaign." Scott Redman, although currently a member of the Board, was also a Board Chair at some point in time. Redman says that he got involved with ArtsFund to help "sustain [his] region's treasured arts institutions." The reason why he involves his employees with the foundation is because he believes "employee engagement is essential to creating a spirit of philanthropy and volunteerism in [his] community."
