Who are Phenom People's three major competitors and how are they differentiated from product and brand positioning perspectives?
Hello and thanks for asking for an analysis of Phenom People's three primary competitors in terms of product differentiation and brand positioning.
METHODOLOGY
In order to identify competitors for Phemon People, the first step was to determine Phenom People's product offering and then find comparative companies. This was done using the two primary software comparison sources, Capterra and G2Crowd. In order to confirm these two sources, I also reviewed other comparisons such as CIO.com's list of top applicant tracking software, SoftwareAdvice's comparison and TrustRadius' list of recruitment management software.
Based on these lists, I have identified the three competitors that are mentioned most often, excluding any that are part of a larger enterprise level application, such as Oracle Taleo.
The three identified competitors are:
WORKABLE
1. The Company:
Workable was founded in 2012 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. They have received a total of $34.16 million in equity funding and has 177 employees on LinkedIn.
Their mission statement is not publicly available, but they use the tagline "All-in-one recruiting software for ambitious companies" quite often.
2. Their Software:
On their website, Workable offers three pricing plans, a pay-as-you-go option at $50 per month, an annual plan as well as custom pricing.
According to user reports on G2Crowd, Workable's pricing is reported as ranging from $39 per month to $299 per month.
It is reported to be a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SAAS) solution, also available on Android and iOS.

This is broken down further on their pricing page into detailed functionality.
3. Approach and Positioning:
Zoho's approach to Zoho Recruit seems to be a balance between positioning it as part of an overall Zoho business offering and a stand-alone product. In the presentations by Zoho Recruit uploaded to SlideShare and on Zoho Recruit's Youtube channel, this balance is evident as they try to show both options available.

3. Approach and Positioning:
Based on Greenhouse Software's LinkedIn uploads and their website, they seem to have a much more personal approach that the other two competitors. In several instances they refer to customised offers and account managers that are involved in the process. This can also be seem in the SlideShare channel of their CEO, Daniel Chait.
SUMMARY
The information provided above can only be the starting point of a real "deep dive" into these companies. I would suggest reviewing the multiple slide presentations and videos in the the links provided to really understand the positioning of these three competitors of Phenom People.
Thanks for using Wonder! I hope we can be of assistance in the future.
