What percentage of American women are under 5'4" and less than 125lbs? What is that groups' age and income breakdown?
Hello! Thanks for your question about the percentage of women in the United States under 5' 4" and weighing less than 125 lbs. The short version is that, depending on age groups, between 43.5% and 69.9% of women are under 5' 4" and between 13.5% and 27.8% are under 130 lbs (the closest reported weight). Methodology
In researching your question, I relied on information from the U.S. Census Bureau. The Bureau collects large amounts of data in addition to the decennial census, including on health statistics in partnership with the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics. I supplemented this information with information from the Centers for Disease Control.
The data is collected in 10 lb. increments, so I used the percentage of women under 130 lbs. as an approximation for the percentage under 125 lbs.
I was unable to find information breaking down height and weight by income. I provided information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics on income by age for women and assumed that income does not influence height or weight.
In order to find the total percentage of women under 5' 4" and under 130 lbs, I used the national age and sex breakdown provided by the Census Bureau and added the percentages of each age group as a factor of the total age group.

Conclusion
To wrap it up, 13.34% of American women are under 130 lbs., the closest data point to 125 lbs. that the Census Bureau records, and 34.34% of American women are under 5' 4".
