Six cities in Spain with a population under 100,000 people are Estepona, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, San Fernando, Caceres, and Lorca. Details of each city have been provided in the attached spreadsheet.

Research Strategy
In order to determine the school district rating for each city, we began our search by scouring travel publications and educational data for each area. While this search provided us with the best local schools and basic statistics for language skills and school-age children, these sources did not provide any insight into the school district rating. In addition, we searched local property listings and regional educational data, however, none of these provided any additional insights. We believe that the school district rating is not commonly available publicly in Spain due to regional differences.
