I need a list of all machine learning / artificial intelligence related acquisitions Google has made in the past 5 years. For each, I need a quick summary, date of acquisition and amount paid.

In short, Google has made 14 acquisitions in this space during this time period, making it one of the more active companies. The information on the acquisitions can be found on this spreadsheet.
METHODOLOGY
I began by conducting a thorough search of Google's acquisitions since 2011. I discovered that CB Insights maintains an ongoing list of the company's transactions. They also published a report in early December 2016 in which they outlined the AI acquisitions of Google, Twitter, Intel and Apple. Value Ventures also published a list of AI acquisitions in 2016. These two lists provide the names of the companies for your spreadsheet. Note that I have added the companies you listed in your request, though two of them (Nest, Behavio) were not included in CB Insight's discussion of AI acquisitions.
Once I had the list of companies Google has acquired in the AI space, I conducted individual searches for each looking for acquisition date, amount paid, a summary of the company and any relevant links for your further reading, such as this one on Google's disappointment with Nest.
I have included the companies you cited in your list filling in information where available. The pricing of these deals is the hardest information to come by. I have included available pricing information as reported by reliable sources, but Google has not disclosed financial details for the majority of its acquisitions.
