The short answer is that the the number of owned centers of GEDU are about 79 while franchisees are about 199. The number of enrollments, as of 2015, stood at 85,110. METHODOLOGY
In order to answer your request, I looked at GEDU's website and Pearson's annual reports of 2016 and 2015. I had to use Google Translate to change the information from Chinese to English. Despite this, I was able to find all the information required by you. Also, I have attached few screenshots of the study/training, centers and various courses in a Google document for information.
FINDINGS
GEDU is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pearson, which it acquired in the year 2011. Then, GEDU has 450 training and examination centers with about 115 were owned by GEDU and 335 were franchisees. The recent news is that Pearson is planning to sell GEDU due to the declining growth because of lower enrollments. The number of enrollments is not available for the year 2016. However, the number of enrollments in 2015 for GEDU was 85,110 as per Pearson's annual report (page 32).
Centers
I was able to find from an article published on GEDU's website that GEDU currently has about greater than 500 examination and training centers across 200 cities in China. Within these, about 79 centers are owned centers which are in 17 cities. There are about 199 franchisee operated centers which span across 121 cities.
Cities of Operation
The major provinces of operation in China are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Changsha, Changchun, Shenyang, Wuhan, Wuxi, Suzhou, Tianjin, Xi'an, Chengdu, Ningbo & Nantong. Courses
The course structure of IELTS is divided points (score) wise by GEDU, VIP courses, VIP Elite programs, Full day managed courses intensive courses and online courses. I have given the point-wise courses broken down in the Google doc as well.
In this link here, you can see that there are various courses under IELTS 7.5+ point wise. The durations for these kind of courses vary from 60 hours to 173 hours. The price range for these courses starts from 7280 yuan and goes upto 10,280 yuan for 20 classes.
The intensive courses and VIP courses, as seen here, vary from 16 hours to 80 hours with fees charged per hour and varying from 880 yuan/hr to 1500 yuan/hr.
The VIP Elite courses run for 6 months-12 months duration with 120 hours of training at a course fee of about 120,000 yuan.
The fully managed program provides one-to-one teacher training with about 112 hours of training and other benefits in 3-4 months for a price of 108,800 yuan.
