Currently, Mondelez International is doing very well, with 2016 net revenues of approximately $26 billion, and are located in 165 countries. Furthermore, it is a world leader in snacks such as biscuits, chocolate, gum, and candy, as well as partnering with brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, and Trident.
Based on their assessment of the company trends and progress, they promise to increase their organic revenue growth outlook of "at least 1% growth." They also expect to incur one-time costs in the second and third quarters, and their underlying margin progresses to be 16% for 2017.
As for their growth, the CEO states that, they're seeing improved trends in Europe and across many of their emerging markets, and their North America business is on track for the second half. She further goes on to say that as a result of their free cash flow outlook, they are increasing their dividend payout.

Mondelez International recently introduced its newest global Techical Center in Wroclaw. This was originally part of a $65 million investment in 9 large R&D hubs. This inauguration will enable Mondelez to better recruit, retain, and develop talent across a range of technical disciplines while accelerating the company's opportunities to grow.
Additionally, their facility will also support their new products and technologies for Mondelez's power brands such as Milka, Oreo, Barni biscuits, belVita, and Trident gum.
