RESEARCH STRATEGY

The information for both companies was readily available in the public domain, however, for Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), there was no specified offline A/B testing among its list of products and services, nor any mention of offline A/B testing on its website. We also searched on the Mastercard Company Services website to find information on its offline A/B testing offerings, unfortunately, no such direct data was found. Last, we looked for external sources for any information on APT products, but it was unsuccessful as the information about APT was limited. Offline A/B testing is described to be A/B testing of offline businesses or offline commerce (i.e. brick and mortar). Based on this description and the broad offerings of APT, we can safely assume that it provides services for both online and offline-based businesses. Therefore, we have provided general testing solutions/products of APT.
