I am looking for a list of the food & beverage (F&B) group companies that own, franchise and operate the majority of restaurants in the GCC countries.
Hi there, and thank you for your request for a list of the food & beverage group companies that own and operate restaurants in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries - namely Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
In the attached spreadsheet I have included the following ten companies located in the GCC: Cravia, AWJ, Alshaya, RMAL, Americana Quality, Kharafi, Kout, Al-Safat Dhiafa and Alghanim. Whereas these companies are located in the UAE and Kuwait, they own and operate restaurants in all six countries.
NOTES
Please note that some of them, such as Alshaya or Alghanim, operate in several industries, including retail, automotive or services, as well as food and beverage.
Note as well that some of the companies have operations in countries outside of the GCC, including Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries. The brands and location numbers included on the spreadsheet only take into account those restaurants located in the GCC.
