List of executive team (VP and above) of Coinbase
Hello! Thank you for your question requesting the executive team (VP and above) of Coinbase. In short, the executive team includes Brian Armstrong (Co-Founder and CEO), Daniel Romero (VP of Operations), Mike Leimpres (Chief Legal and Risk Officer), Jeremy Henrickson (VP of Product and Engineering), and Zeeshan Feroz (CEO of the UK branch of Coinbase). METHODOLOGY
I began my search by looking for pre-compiled lists of current executives at Coinbase. I was able to find one list at Crunchbase, but as I suspected, the list, though useful in preliminary searches, was out-of-date. I then accessed Coinbase's LinkedIn employee list, in which I was able to determine various positions. I also conducted an advanced search on Google for each of the most important positions (CFO, CEO, and other "executive" positions), to determine that I had, indeed, identified the right person. Because there is not much publicly available information available, and company's often have a variety of names for different positions, I also chose to include a list of all "directors" and "heads" of departments, as it is quite possible that one of these may be a very high-level position within the company. I then researched each executive's email address. Although there is no guarantee that these are actually currently used emails, I did verify with Hunter.Io that they were indeed valid and real.
EXECUTIVES
Mr. Armstrong, along with co-founder Fred Erhsam (who left the company in January of 2017) founded Coinbase in 2012. He has a blog that may be of some use in your job search. Before founding Coinbase, Mr. Armstrong was a software engineer at AirBnB. He received both his bachelor's and his master's from Rice University.
Mr. Romero has been the VP of Operations at Coinbase since April of 2014. Before that, he worked in business development at Envoy Inc. He attended Duke University, where he received a degree in English. Mr. Romero also has a personal website, with links to all the social media he currently uses.
Mr. Henrickson has been VP of Product and Engineering since July 2016. Before that, he was VP of Product Development at Guidewire Software, where he had worked since 2008. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Mike Lempres has been Coinbase's Chief Legal and Risk Officer since January of 2017. He is also the current mayor of Atherton, CA. He went to Dartmouth College for his bachelor's, and received his JD from University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Zeeshan Feroz has been the CEO of the UK branch of Coinbase since March 2017. Before that, he was Global Head of Payments at Tilt. He attended King's College London and University of London.
