I'd like a list of ALL gun manufacturers (or components of guns), physically located within the following states: Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio & West Virginia. Can you compile a list, and show the size of the company in terms of number of employees? Include company name, URL, # of employees, address, and phone number.

The short version is that after searching extensively, I found an ATF report that lists all of the gun manufacturers located in the US. Because of the vast amount of information you requested, the question you asked will need to be split up into different requests for a detailed spreadsheet (company name, number of employees, address, telephone number, and URL) created for each state.
I have started you off by finding the ATF report and compiling all the data for the Kentucky manufacturers. If you would like the same spreadsheet for Tennessee, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia, we will be happy to do so in follow up requests for each state.

FIREARM MANUFACTURERS IN THE US
The ATF delivers an annual Firearms Manufacturers Report that is "a comprehensive listing of manufacturing and export activity from all federally licensed manufacturers of firearms and destructive devices… The report includes data with a one-year delay to comply with the Trade Secrets Act."
As I mentioned above, the report contains information on all companies in the US that manufactured pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and miscellanies firearms. The report is divided up by type of firearms that are manufactured by the companies, and then further divided under each heading by the state that they are located in. The document contains the company name, the address (minus zip code), and the amount of each firearm that they produced.
KENTUCKY GUN MANUFACTURERS
Kentucky has 29 different companies manufacturing weapons, according to the ATF Report. I have compiled the name, number of employees, address, telephone number, and URL for each company in the attached spreadsheet, as well as provided you with links to where the information was found below. The companies are:
NOTE: Though it was mentioned several times in the ATF Report, I omitted the Remington branch in Elizabethtown, as it has been closed down and relocated out of state since the report has been published.
CONCLUSION
To wrap it up, the ATF Report provides a comprehensive list of all of the firearm manufacturers in the US. But, to gather the data you are looking for we have to look outside the report and do additional research. Because of the scope of the research, this request has covered Kentucky only.
