Hudson Valley Bank Offers
Research found mortgage or home improvement promotions from eight of the banks, and Citibank currently offers two mortgage related promotions. While the banks' websites and social media pages were scanned for existing promotions, twelve of the banks do not currently offer any mortgage or home improvement loan related promotions. Many of the banks offer promotions for other banking products as seen in the articles 'Best Bank Promotions in New York', and the Bank Deal Guy's 'Best Bank Promotions & Bonuses for March 2021'. Full details regarding current mortgage and home improvement loan promotions are provided in the attached spreadsheet.
- In addition, several banks offer .25% discount on HELOC, home improvement loans, or mortgages by including automatic monthly payments from a (same) bank checking account, such as Citizens, Key Bank, Chase, Bank of America and TD Bank.
- Citi offers 2 home mortgage related promotions: $500 off closing costs and special mortgage pricing for existing bank customers.
