Health Data Dashboards
Three examples of different health board's data dashboards that are used to provide oversight to the whole health system are the health system dashboard of Tasmania, Australia, the dashboard of health system quality of the district health boards in New Zealand, and the Washington tracking network dashboard, United States. We have provided screenshot of the three regional health dashboards in the attached Google document.
The Tasmanian health system dashboard provides important data and related statistics about the public health system in Tasmania region, Australia. It gives a broad range of information regarding the performance of the health system services of Tasmania. It includes metrics for "hospital, oral health, breast screening, mental health and ambulance services". The dashboard is released four times every year.
District health boards, New Zealand
The dashboard of health system quality of the Health Quality & Safety Commission of New Zealand gives an overview of the performance of each district health board (DHB) in several areas. The metrics involved include "primary care and inpatient patient experience". The dashboard is interactive and easy to read.
Washington, United States
The Washington State department of health provides the tracking network dashboards that contains interactive maps, charts and graphs through which users can explore a broad range of information. The available dashboards are the ARM Data Dashboard Suite and the Healthier Washington Measures Dashboard. The metrics include "Medicaid claims, immunization, opioid, and chronic disease in the Medicaid population".
