To find multi-currency wallets for storing the cryptocurrencies

Currently, there is not a multi currency wallet available that will hold Cardano (ADA), IOTA, NEO, Ripple (XRP) and Lightcoin (LTC) together. There are two wallets that hold a combination of some of the cryptocurriences. Below is a summary of wallets available for each.

SUMMARY

Cardano (ADA) can only be stored in one wallet. The official wallet is Daedalus which is an open source wallet created by Cardano. It is available for Mac and Windows. A mobile version is expected soon.

There is currently not a web or hardware wallet available for IOTA. It can only be stored on the official IOTA desktop wallet. It can be downloaded on Windows, Mac and Linux.

When looking for a wallet to support NEO, it is important to find one that allows the GAS generated by the holding to be claimed. These wallets are in short supply and there have been many scams as a result. The only recommended web based wallet is the NEOWallet developed by OnChain. It is available through Chrome or Edge internet browsers.

Ripple wallets, unlike other crytpocurrencies, require 20XRP to book a wallet address. Therefore, the right wallet should be chosen from the beginning in order to avoid losing 20XRP for multiple wallet addresses. Multi currency wallets that support Ripple typically support Litecoin as well. Currently, there are two web based wallets that support both Ripple and Litecoin and are not restricted by nationality: Bitinka and CoinPayments.

Bitinka is a South American web based wallet. Users can also buy and sell in 9 different currencies. An Andriod and iOS mobile payment solution will soon be available. CoinPayments accepts over 85 coins. It is web based but also available on Android and iOS mobile versions. In addition to holding Ripple and LiteCoin, CoinPayments also supports NEO.

CONCLUSION

There is not a multi currency wallet that supports Cardano, IOTA, NEO, Ripple and LightCoin. Cardano and IOTA can only be stored in their official wallets. CoinPayments can support NEO, Ripple and LightCoin.
