Expats in Singapore
These five buildings in Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) are all located near high traffic areas with multiple international corporate workplaces that have numerous expat employees: One Raffles Place, The Downtown Gallery, Tanjong Pagar Plaza, Tanjong Pagar Centre, and The Marina Bay Link Mall.
ONE RAFFLES PLACE
This building includes a shopping mall and two towers filled with office space. The site has six levels. The shopping area offers stores, restaurants, and a health clinic. This site is a prominent office building with high traffic. Other buildings nearby include Republic Plaza, UOB Plaza I & II, Six Battery Road, Bank of Singapore Centre, Ocean Financial Centre, MYP Centre as well as Singapore Land Tower, all of which attract a diverse crowd of customers including expats.
DOWNTOWN GALLERY
Downtown Gallery also has six levels including a basement. The mall area includes beauty stores, co-working spaces, fashion shops, food and beverages, and shops catering to lifestyle and wellness needs. THE MARINA BAY LINK MALL

This is a subterranean mall situated directly below The Lawn @ Marina Bay. The mall has three sections the subterranean space, the ground plaza, and the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) Towers. The Marina Bay Area has numerous commercial office buildings such as Marina One, Marina Bay Financial Centre, the twin office towers at Asia Square and One Raffles Quay that house many multinational corporations, and global banks such as Deutsche Bank, DBS, UBS and Standard Chartered.
CONCLUSION
One Raffles Place, The Downtown Gallery, Tanjong Pagar Plaza, Tanjong Pagar Centre, and the Marina Bay Link Mall, are all multi-purpose buildings with numerous shops and services in which a dental office would not be out of place. Each listed building is located in Singapore's CBD area near major workplaces with many expat employees.
