We have determined the European Labor Cost Index (LCI), general labor cost per hour and manufacturing labor cost per hour for the European countries listed. As requested, we have used a single source for each statistic but unfortunately, Ukraine is not featured on the lists, therefore, data has not been provided. All figures have been entered into the attached spreadsheet and a summary has been provided below.

Data has been taken from Eurostat for Q3 2017 and uses a common index reference period of 2012 = 100. Please note, no figure was provided for the Netherlands, therefore data has not been provided.
