Research Strategy
- We began our research by conducting a press scan to identify US mergers and acquisitions in the digital marketing and advertising/marketing technology services space in 2019 or 2020. We identified three deals. However, none of the acquiring parties disclosed the deals' values.
- Next, we scoured through the companies' websites, annual reports, quarterly reports, social media accounts, and press releases. We also checked business databases like Crunchbase, PrivCo, ZoomInfo, and Pitchbook, among others. We also combed through press releases and media sites for information regarding the requested data. Unfortunately, after scouring the mentioned sources, there was no information available in the public domain for the deals' values. The lack of data is either due to the companies' financial policy or non-disclosure agreements between acquiring parties.
