After extensive research, we found that both Virta and Omada Health are examples of startups that provide digital cardio-metabolic management products and services and fit the given criteria of this research. As requested, we filled-in Rows 5-6 of Columns B-S of the 'US' tab within the provided spreadsheet.
Virta is a California-based startup whose primary product is a bundle of digital tools and online resources to help manage the effects of insulin resistance.
