RESEARCH STRATEGY
Information on how packaging sizes and/or volumes of brands such as Dairy Pure, Horizon Organic, Hood, Fairlife, and A2 have changed over the past five years for animal-based dairy milk is not available in the public domain. There is no/limited information to triangulate further to identify the information.
Initially, we started looking for information on the brands' websites. Here, we located details on the variety of package sizes and volumes but nothing specific to yearly changes and launches of packaging sizes. Later, we tried looking into third-party sources such as prnewswire, newhope, perishablenews, colacompany, and dairyreporter. Here, we located a few insights concerning the said subject. But, it was only supplementary in nature.
Further, we tried looking for case studies and trends regarding animal-based dairy milk packaging on websites such as packagingworldnews, packagingstrategies, packaging world, PACK EXPO International, and Aimcal. Here, we discovered that A2 Milk has replaced its plastic milk bottles packaging with paper-based cartons in an order to minimize the use of single-use plastics.
As our last resort, we examined webarchive.org to trace the required information. However, this attempt proved to be futile.
