Accreditation Program Profile - Corazon Accreditation

The accreditation program began in February 2014 and specializes in cardiovascular based operations in all the states. Corazon is also an approved vendor for accreditation services in a number of different states. The accreditation is for 1 year and is renewable based on metrics and program requirements. The metrics include tracer activities to test patient flow, timing, and other critical components, and angiographic review based on program volumes.

The pricing for the program was not found, but from the testimonials it seems as though the company is well-received. I searched the programs' main website for the pricing information and was not able to locate it there. From there, I searched through third-party news organizations and medically-relevant review sites to find the pricing information, but was unsuccessful. I believe the only way to get the information would be to request it from them directly, as someone trying to join the program. The attached spreadsheet has all the requested and available information in column D, rows 5-14.

Accreditation Program Profile - ACE Cath/PCI Accreditation

ACE's Cath/PCI Accreditation program is the most common accreditation awarded to hospitals by ACE. The PCI program was launched in 2011. The program is helping validate hospital's high standards and work in cardiac departments. As requested, we have filled out Row 5-15 outlining various aspects and metrics of the ACE Cath/PCI program.

Please note that for examples of hospitals for marketing materials, we found hospitals generally listed the accreditation as an accomplishment, but logos were not generally utilized. We used the accreditation list to find a few examples of hospitals who highlighted this achievement.

Accreditation Program Profile - ACE EP Accreditation

All of your required information, rows F5-14 have been successfully compiled on the excel sheet provided. All information was found either directly from the ACE EP Accreditation website or by using the website's referenced Press Releases.

RESEARCH
Though we were able to complete the majority of the desired content without trouble, there were a few sections that we were not able to complete to the extent that they were requested. These discrepancies are listed below.

1. Through our thorough research, we discovered that the information for Row 9, the EP program pricing, could not be found either on the website itself or through additional web searches. However, we were able to find that plans for initial accreditation and re-accreditation start from $15000 to $45000 with renewal fees from $10000 to $25000.

2. Additionally, though Row 10 requested 3-5 press releases from hospitals that have been accredited through this program, we discovered that only 2 hospitals have undergone EP accreditation from ACE as of this time. Both of these press releases are listed on the ACE website. All other details have been listed in the proper format on the excel sheet provided.

4. Finally, in Row 14 the length for EP Accreditation cannot be found anywhere on the website or through a thorough web search, so we have listed that "generally" ACE provides a duration of 2 or 3 years maximum.

CONCLUSION

Overall, the information you requested for the ACE EP Accreditation has been successfully completed and updated on your excel file.

Accreditation Program Profile - IAC EP Accreditation

The requested information for The Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Electrophysiology Accreditation has been organized and summarized in column G, rows 5-15 of the attached spreadsheet.

Through searches of the organization's website, as well as press releases we were able to find the information required. The only information we were unable to locate was the prices for renewals and therefore we are not able to determine if they differ from the initial application. We assume this is due to the program only being launched in May 2016, and being a 3-year cycle no facility would be renewing their accreditation until at least 2019.
