Of the 20 comments related to Monzo's Business Account, 6 were suggestions, 11 were questions and 3 were complaints. Our findings have been presented in the attached spreadsheet and a brief overview of the comments have been outlined below.

QUESTIONS

  • The user was asking why the link to the online booking session he received wasn't working.
  • The user would like to switch from a personal to a business account and wants to know when the feature will be available to everyone other than the first 100 people.
  • This user wants to gather other users' feedback on how the Monzo Business account is working and express interest in joining the platform.
  • This user wants to know how cheques could be used in the business accounts.
  • The user wants to understand how the Monzo business accounts works and seeks advice on how to start a business with someone else.

SUGGESTIONS

  • The user made a suggestion for a separate tier of Business Account with a reduced functionality similar to the Current Account Offering to be integrated into the mobile app.
  • This user suggested integrating automated rules like roundups in his business account.
  • This user wants a payment via Bacs Direct Credit feature and is concerned over when such a feature will be released.

COMPLAINTS

  • The user expresses frustration with signing up for business banking.
  • The customer expressed displeasure on how his business name appears on his card after signing up for a business account and would like to choose how his name appears.

RESEARCH STRATEGY

On its community forum, Monzo had a different section for its business offerings. This made it easier to gather the relevant comments. We reviewed all the comments made within the past two years and selected the ones specific to complaints or suggestion but we could only provide 11 questions, complaints, suggestions in this research after combing through the "business banking" section of the community forum and there were no other comments regarding the company's business accounts as all the information have already been presented in this research and the Monzo (2) research.
