REGARDING ADVERTISEMENTS

  • Note that all of Infineon's advertisements are undated, so we cannot confirm that these were published after the start of 2018.
  • Attempts to supplement these with advertisements with verifiable dates found none within the past ten years (as seen on AdForum).

  • We have completed the profile of NXP's social media, advertising, and conference activity in the attached project document as requested.

REGARDING ADVERTISEMENTS

  • Apart from a single banner, we found no evidence that NXP directly advertises to the public.
  • Their YouTube page does not contain any video advertisements, sites which archive old advertisements like Ads of the World and AdForum don’t have any advertisements listed for NXP, nor does NXP’s own media page contain any examples of advertising per se, though it does contain product and logo galleries.

  • In the case of the videos, we have included screenshots which have embedded links to the actual video.

REGARDING ADVERTISEMENTS
  • Note that Qualcomm does not produce advertisements very often; in fact, the last advertisement captured by Ads of the World was in 2017, and therefore out-of-scope for this brief's criteria. Even their media center does not include examples of their ad copy.
  • We have found a few videos which seem to be advertisements, but it is our distinct impression that Qualcomm focuses more on network-building than advertising to the public.
