Premier ER & Urgent Care operates in Texas and has five locations in the state. Fast Pace Urgent Care has 103 locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The requested details for both companies are presented below.

(1) Premier ER & Urgent Care

Services, Locations, & Hours of Operation

  • Premier offers ER and urgent care services for a variety of common conditions including chest pain, urinary bladder infections, allergies, cold & flu, abdominal pain, and sore throat.
  • Additionally, they offer pediatric care for conditions such as ear infections, hives, pneumonia, and urinary infections, and sports injury care for the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, back, and wrist to name a few.
  • They have four emergency and urgent care locations in Woodway — Texas, Temple — Texas, Waco — Texas, and San Marcos — Texas, which operate from 7 am-9 pm, 7 days in a week.
  • They also have one urgent care location in China Spring, Texas which is operational between 8 am and 8 pm daily.

Media Presence & Base of Operations

  • The company has not received a lot of coverage in the media. Although they worked with a marketing & branding agency in 2017/2018, to create campaigns that would help residents in Waco-Texas familiarize themselves with the brand.
  • At the moment, they operate a blog where they provide health-related information to people. However, posts are not released often and their last post was in August 2019.
  • Regarding social media, they have a Facebook and Twitter page where posts are released at least one every week, but do not have any presence on LinkedIn.

  • They have 103 walk-in locations in Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
  • Although the company has not specified its operational hours, they state that their locations are open all week with "extended hours" and do not require patients to book appointments ahead of their visit.

To fulfill this request, we commenced our research on the website of both companies, where we were able to retrieve almost all the required information including information on their services, locations, hours of operation, operational base, insurance, and costs for non-insured patients. We made use of third-party sources such as news websites to identify the media presence of both companies.

At the end of our research, we were unable to identify any affiliations for both Premier ER & Urgent Care and Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinic, even after searching through their websites, industry-specific news websites such as Medical News Today and Health Care Global, and even searching through other business news websites such as Business Insider, CNBC, and Reuters.
