RESEARCH STRATEGY
To identify ClearChoice's closest competitors in the United States, we commenced our research by looking for the company's profile on company profiling databases such as ZoomInfo and Craft.co. as these sites provide direct competitors of companies among other features. From the information collated from ClearChoice's profile on ZoomInfo and Craft.co, we were able to identify some of its direct competitors who provide similar services.
Next, we set out to find which of the identified competitors offer full-arch dental implant services. We searched each competitor's website to locate information on the services they offer to their clients. From the information leveraged from the company websites, we made sure to choose only the dental companies that clearly state that they offer full-arch dental implant services to clients.
Furthermore, in order to narrow down our list to find only the companies that can be classified as direct competitors to ClearChoice, we searched for information on the company's website to identify their locations and geographical reach in the US. We limited our search to cover companies who have offices in the same state as ClearChoice as this will indicate that they are in direct competition for clients and market share. As a rule, only companies who had dental centers in more than one state were considered in this research.
