What companies in the EU specialize in HR requirements for local countries?

They claim to “understand that Europe isn’t one region” and have the local knowledge that “can help you navigate the risks involved in the varying currencies, jurisdictions and legislation across different countries”. RSM demonstrate their expertise in advisory and compliance with their “Ideas and Insights” section of their corporate website. This includes blog posts on topics such as “EU toughens stance on middle size enterprises”, which looks at country-by-country tax reporting requirements, and sections focused on Brexit, global case studies, special reports and corporate literature that demonstrates their global expertise.

Alcott

Alcott offers professional employer organization (PEO) services, which help clients to understand and comply with human resources law and business practices with their “team of experienced European professionals” ensuring regulatory compliance. Compliance is one of the services specified amongst the “full range of human resources outsourcing and back-office services [offered] throughout Europe” along with "recruiting, employment, human resource management and administration, insurance and benefits, payroll, onboarding services and permits". Alcott has a broad reach across the EU and the European countries serviced by Alcott are as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Malta and the UK. They have a resources section to their website that includes white papers and webinars demonstrating their expertise in European HR consulting, such as the article “Help Wanted: How To Hire In Europe” which provides useful tips from an HR perspective.

Eurodev

As well as PEO services, Eurodev provides HR consulting services that include administrative services, HR management and legal, taxation and compliance consulting.
