Client Background Research
Extensive searches across social media, company websites, and professional platforms like LinkedIn show there is limited information on Pete Weaver, Probyn Forbes, and Tom Schneberger, regarding their hobbies, authorship, speaking engagements, and social media profiles. These individuals prefer professional platforms as opposed to social media platforms.
I. Pete Weaver
Publications Authored or Co-authored
- Extensive searches on Pete Weaver, the Group Fluids Operations Director at Domino Printing, did not return substantial data regarding whether he has authored or co-authored a book.
- However, Weaver posted on his LinkedIn a book — Christmas Elfabet authored by Katie Weaver, whom we suspect is closely related to Pete Weaver.
Speaking Engagements or Presentations
- A thorough scan of the websites, social media platforms, and reports published by the previous companies Weaver worked for, including his present company, did not uncover any information about his involvement in speaking engagements or presentations in the past 2-3 years.
- However, in November 2017, Weaver participated in investments into Majestic Polymers Limited and DSA Chemicals Limited that were completed in November 2017.
- Again, Panoramic Growth Equity facilitated the funding, and it is highly likely that Weaver got involved in speaking engagements regarding the investments since he was the then Operations Director at both companies.
Social Media Accounts
- Despite using location filters, searches on social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, did not feature any accounts associated with Pete Weaver, who currently works at Domino Printing.
- The only account associated with Pete Weaver at Domino Printing is on LinkedIn. No other account, including biography databases, featured a profile of Peter Weaver, beyond his LinkedIn account.
Personal Interests and Hobbies
- Based on the interests Weaver has listed on his LinkedIn page, it is evident that he is actively involved in the chemicals sector. Weaver follows many chemical companies such as Chemical Engineering World, Tata Chemicals Europe, CF Fertilizers UK, the Chemical Industries Association, etc.
- Weaver also associates with numerous groups such as Chemical Jobs, Specialty Chemical Network, Chemicals Northwest, etc.
- Weaver could be a football fan having liked a football post on LinkedIn about Tranmere Rovers FC beating Watford.
II. Probyn Forbes
Publications Authored or Co-authored
- Extensive searches across the web do not indicate whether Probyn Forbes has authored or co-authored any publication.
- The only information available in public regards his appointment. Other information relates to his former company's structure, where he is mentioned twice about who reports to him.
Speaking Engagements or Presentations
- A thorough search through the news and press releases section of Dominion Color and the website of U.S. Cable and Wire Corporation did not include any information about speaking engagements or presentations involving Forbes.
Social Media Accounts
- Research findings show that Probyn Forbes does not have any social media accounts besides LinkedIn.
- According to search results by LeadFerrets directory of peoples' information, Forbes does not have a Facebook, Google Plus, or Twitter account; likewise, searches on Instagram also returned negative results.
Personal Interests and Hobbies
- Forbes appears to have interests in blockchain technologies because he follows blockchain influencer — Don Tapscott.
- He is also a member of several groups like Plant Managers and Director of Operations, Global Chemicals Executive, Global Manufacturing Forum, etc., which suggests that he has interests in industrial manufacturing and chemicals.
III. Tom Schneberger
Publications Authored or Co-authored
- During Tom Schneberger's tenure at FMC, he played a critical role in helping craft the company's sustainability report. All questions regarding sustainability, as per the report, were directed to Schneberger.
- Schneberger also participated actively in the preparation of earnings reports while working at Livent Corporation. His involvement is seen throughout Livent's earnings results conference call.
Speaking Engagements or Presentations
- In the past 2-3 years, Tom Schneberger has taken part in presenting quarterly earnings at conference calls, while working at Livent Corporation.
- Schneberger was among the key speakers during the 'Tenth Lithium Supply and Market Conference' that was held at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from 26 to 28 June 2018.
Social Media Accounts
- Based on publicly available data, Schneberger has a social media account with Twitter, and none with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Unfortunately, he is not active on Twitter, has one follower, and follows 16 individuals.
- The only other profiles of Schneberger can be found on LinkedIn and Bloomberg, while his social media footprint excludes Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Personal Interests and Hobbies
- A post on Twitter by Schneberger suggests that he is an outdoor adventure enthusiast. He seems to take part in climbing activities based on the idea that he is carrying a rope in the post.
- An analysis of Schneberger's LinkedIn's interest section shows that he likes topics regarding lithium mining, artificial intelligence, manufacturing, chemicals, etc.
- Schneberger has interests in brands like Graham partners, Golden Gate Partners, One Equity Partner, etc.
Research Methodology
Your research team performed extensive searches on the three individuals, Pete Weaver, Probyn Forbes, and Tom Schneberger, regarding their hobbies, presentations, publications, and social media analysis. We began by examining the websites of the company the three individuals worked for or still work for. We also searched through press releases and news announcements on each company. It turned out that there is limited information on the three individuals, especially regarding social media. Searches on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter returned negative results for these individuals' names.
Continued searches across different resources, including articles and blogs published by the companies the three guys have worked for, helped uncover additional findings on each individual. Attempts to use search services such as LeadFerrets Directories also proved futile. We checked for information on the interests, groups, and companies the individuals like on LinkedIn to uncover examples of hobbies and interests of the three individuals. The research relied more on publicly available information to present the findings detailed above. Our research findings showed that the specific information requested on these individuals is minimal and poorly documented online. For example, only one out of the three individuals has a social media account with Twitter, which was last active in 2019.
The lack of social media activity could stem from the professional nature of these individuals, who prefer to keep most of their interactions on LinkedIn, which is a professional platform. Overall, only Tom Schneberger appeared to be more involved in the companies he has served, especially in crafting and presenting company reports, while also tackling answers. For the other individuals, there was no press release, interview, or report showing their involvement in the capacities of making presentations or speaking engagements.
